2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

  • You must be 18 years or older to purchase alcoholic beverages.
  • We require valid government-issued photo ID upon delivery or pickup.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to any person who cannot provide proof of age or appears intoxicated.

3. Account Registration

Certain features may require an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login details.
  • Notify us immediately at admin@kcg.com.pg of any unauthorized access.

We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Products and Information

We aim for accuracy in product descriptions, images, pricing, and stock status; however, minor variations may occur. Availability is not guaranteed and products may be limited, discontinued, or delayed. We may limit quantities and refuse orders at our discretion.

5. Ordering, Acceptance, and No Online Payments

  • You may place orders via the website or phone.
  • No online payments are accepted. Payment is due upon delivery or in-store pickup via [accepted methods: cash, EFTPOS, bank card, mobile money, etc.].
  • An order constitutes an offer to purchase. Acceptance occurs when we confirm dispatch or hand over the products.
  • We may cancel or refuse orders due to age verification failure, suspected misconduct, stock issues, or policy violations. If payment has been collected at delivery/pickup and the order is later reversed, any applicable refunds will be processed per Section 10.

6. Pricing, Taxes, and Currency

Prices are listed in Papua New Guinean Kina (PGK) and may change without notice. Applicable GST, duties, levies, and fees will be applied as required by law.

7. Payment Terms (On Delivery / In-Store)

  • Payments are taken on delivery or at pickup only.
  • If payment fails or is declined, we may withhold or retrieve the products.
  • You agree to pay all amounts due at the time of delivery or collection.

8. Delivery, Pickup, and Responsible Service

  • Delivery Areas & Times: We deliver to Port Moresby with estimated delivery times of 1-3 days.
  • Delivery Conditions:
    • Valid photo ID is required. We will not deliver to minors or intoxicated persons.
    • The delivery address must be attended by a person 18+ able to accept the order.
    • We may refuse delivery to restricted areas or during restricted hours.
  • Risk of Loss: Risk transfers to you upon delivery to the address provided or upon pickup.
  • Pickup: Bring your order confirmation and valid ID. We may require the original payment card if using EFTPOS at pickup.
  • Delays: We are not liable for delays due to courier issues, weather, road conditions, or events beyond our control.

9. Responsible Consumption

Alcohol should be consumed responsibly. Excessive drinking is harmful to health. Do not drink and drive. Seek assistance where needed.

10. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds (Alcohol)

  • Unopened Alcohol: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery/pickup if unopened, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
  • Opened Alcohol: Not eligible for return unless the product is defective or misdescribed.
  • Defective/Damaged Items: Report within 48 hours of delivery/pickup with photos; we may offer a replacement or refund.
  • Process: Initiate at [returns email/portal]. Return shipping or collection terms will be advised; fees may apply unless the item is defective or we made an error.
  • Refunds: Processed to the original payment method (or via agreed method for cash) within 7–14 business days after inspection.

Your statutory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

11. Title and Ownership

Title to products passes upon delivery or pickup, after payment is received.

12. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Purchase alcohol for minors or facilitate secondary supply.
  • Use the Services for unlawful purposes.
  • Interfere with website functionality or security.
  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools without permission.

13. Intellectual Property

All content (text, images, logos, graphics, and software) is owned by Kumul or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our written consent.

Trademarks: “Kumul Consumer Goods Limited” and associated marks are trademarks of Kumul Consumer Goods Limited. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

14. User Content (Reviews)

By submitting reviews or comments:

  • You grant Kumul a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content.
  • You confirm you have the rights to the content and it does not infringe any third-party rights or violate laws.
  • We may moderate or remove content at our discretion.
